PRESIDENT PENA NIETO (As interpreted.) When we speak about institutionalizing mechanisms in both countries, it is for them to be durable throughout time. There are three particularly important mechanisms that undoubtedly are now allowing us to have a very positive, constructive relationship in both nations. First, the High-Level Economic Dialogue— the HLED—that involves the highest-ranking officials of both our administrations that are working in favor of creating a route, a path for infrastructure construction of borders, an infrastructure which is a lot more modern infrastructure that will allow to have more agile trade and commerce between our two nations.
